Bartolo & Sons, originally known as Maestro del Brodo, has roots in the historic heart of Palermo, in the lively Vucciria market. Since 1985 we have been devoted to the presentation of authentic dishes of traditional Palermo cuisine. Initially famous for its "poor" cuisine with minestrone soups, meat broths, boiled beef and tortellini, today we adapt to current times, delighting you with fish first courses and a daily showcase of fresh fish.
